  • 3 ounces vermicelli rice noodles
  • 1 thinly sliced onion (small)
  • 2 eggs (large in size)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1 large tomato, cut into 12 wedges
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped green cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce, more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  1. The first thing you need to do is gather all the required ingredients and keep them nearby so you can keep an accurate schedule. That way, you don’t spend too much time trying to get one thing or the other.
